Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes a spouse, de facto spouse, child, parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, first cousin and step-relations of the same.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 July 2026 and will continue until withdrawn by the Promoter.

A new prize draw will be conducted each calendar month.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must, during the promotional period:

• Purchase or own a genuine pair of Spotters sunglasses.

• Submit a product review via the Spotters website by following the review link or scanning the promotional QR code.

• Complete all required fields in the review submission, including valid contact details.

One (1) entry is permitted per eligible product review submitted. Multiple reviews of different Spotters products are permitted; however, duplicate reviews of the same product by the same person may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or misleading information, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Incomplete, indecipherable or invalid entries will be deemed ineligible.

Monthly Draw

One (1) winner will be drawn each calendar month from all eligible reviews received during that month's entry period.

Each monthly draw will take place within seven (7) business days following the end of the relevant month.

The winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the draw.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

Each monthly winner will receive a Spotters merchandise prize selected by the Spotters team for that month's giveaway.

The prize may vary from month to month.

If the advertised prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Unclaimed Prize

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to the Promoter using their name, suburb, likeness and submitted review for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

Entrants warrant that any review submitted is their original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

By submitting a review, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit and display the review (in whole or in part) across the Promoter's website, social media channels, marketing materials and other promotional activities.

Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information to administer this promotion and may disclose such information to service providers assisting with the promotion where necessary.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable legislation.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary, subject to applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
