Fill in the Service Request form on this website, including your name and contact details. Alternatively, you can just write us a short note outlining the issue with your eyewear and include your contact details. Please note that warranty claims need to be assessed by Spotters, and will not be assessed using photos. Package your eyewear (inside its protective case) in a sturdy box with padding. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the eyewear owner.

The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, eyewear returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
