Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please fill in the Service Request Form at the bottom of this webpage, including your name and contact details. Alternatively, you can just write us a short note outlining the issue with your eyewear and include your contact details.

Please note that warranty claims need to be assessed by Spotters, and will not be assessed using photos. Package your eyewear (inside its protective case) in a sturdy box with padding along with a copy of your receipt.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the eyewear owner.

We recommend sending your eyewear via Express Post or using a traceable delivery service.

The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, eyewear returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
